Steamed vegetables are tastier than cooked in water.  Do not lose their vitamins as prepared in water and most importantly, we do not need them so abundantly as salt out of the water.  Virtually any vegetable can be cooked by steaming, it is important here cooking time, some are called even tastier and less calories such as potato.  We can cook vegetables fresh and frozen winter vegetables fresh air when they are available.  Of course, every vegetable has less or more minerals and vitamins, in the near future the site will be created encyclopedia where we can see what vitamins and minerals are vegetables, meat, and what benefits they bring to our body.
